Did you forget your password? If so, the process has changed to reset it!

If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, click Next and follow the prompts. Please make sure to have the SecureAuth app downloaded to your mobile device before you begin.
To reset your forgotten password, you will need to enter your OPID, new password PLUS the last 4 digits of your SSN and the 6 digit SecureAuth PIN.
For non-employees, you will enter the reference number you received when onboarded, not the last 4 digits of your SSN.
